Dr. Paul Rosman, DO FACP FACE FACOI

Scientific Advisory Board

Thirty years ago, as Dr. Rosman was beginning his career helping people with metabolic disorders, he saw how badly diabetes management approaches were failing patients. This has inspired him to spend most of his career researching and validating a new approach that could work for both doctors and patients.

When he met David Edelman, founder of Diabetes Daily, one of the largest online diabetes communities in 2010, he recognized an opportunity to test these ideas on a large scale. He helped build an online diabetes university and tested out the management theories with thousands of people living with diabetes. The results were transformative and confirmed his hypothesis, inspiring a journey to build tools to help everyone with diabetes to realize their dreams for healthy and meaningful lives.

Dr Rosman has served roles in industry, academia and non-profit leadership. He was Former Senior Medical Advisor at Eli Lilly & Company, has held teaching positions at Ohio University and Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine, as well as served as President or Chair of American Diabetes Association, Ohio Chapter, American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, Ohio River Chapter, and the Ohio Diabetes Prevention and Control Program at Ohio Department of Health.
